User Swap
Transfer the remaining time on an active subscription to an expired user — on the same portal or a different one — and see exactly how many days move across.

You can swap between users on the same portal, or between different portals, as long as the tariff plan exists on both.
Steps
Go to the Customers list and find the active user whose subscription you want to transfer.
Click the three-dot menu and select Swap User.
Start from the user who currently *has* the subscription. Search for the other user, by login or MAC address.
Select the user who should receive the subscription.
Review the swap summary — how many days are transferring and what the new expiry dates will be.
The circle shows the days being moved; the panel beside it previews the destination's current expiry, the transfer and the resulting new expiry. Check the calculation breakdown.
Add a note — this is required and is stored on both customers and in the audit log.
Click Confirm Swap.
Read the *Important* panel before confirming — the source customer loses their service.
The subscription is transferred between the two users.
You can review every swap you have performed from the Subscription Swaps menu.
