Manage Sub-Resellers
Create sub-reseller accounts, choose which portals and billing periods they can sell, set their trial limits, and edit any of it later.
sub-reseller create sub-reseller server access trial settings preferencesSub-resellers are the tier below you. They get their own login, their own wallet and their own customers — and they can only see what you allow.
Create a new sub-reseller
Go to Sub-Resellers from the left menu.
Click Create Sub-Reseller.
The list shows each sub-reseller's balance and user counts at a glance. Enter the sub-reseller's Email address.
Enter the Login username.
Enter the First Name and Last Name. Phone and company are optional.
Email and login must both be unique across the platform. Assign the portals they may sell on and the billing periods they may use.
If you have configured your own payment gateway, assign it here.
A sub-reseller can only create customers on the portals you tick, using the billing periods you allow. Configure Trial Settings — trial duration, maximum trials per MAC and the cooldown period.
Configure the available Preferences.
Click Create Sub-Reseller.
Your own limits cap theirs — the helper text under each field tells you the maximum your admin allows.
The account is created and the password is shown on the next screen for you to copy.
Edit an existing sub-reseller
Go to Sub-Resellers from the left menu.
Find the sub-reseller you want to edit.
Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column.
Select Edit.
The same menu holds Pricing and Suspend. Update the settings you need.
Save the changes.
