Activity Log
Track every change made to your users since the day their account was created — what happened, when, and who did it.
activity log audit history who did it search MACThe Activity Log records what has been done to your users from account creation onwards. It is the first place to look when a customer says something changed and nobody knows why.
Steps
Go to Activity Log from the left menu.
Review the activity history of your users.
Every row names the actor — the person or system that performed the action — and its source. Click any log entry to expand its details.
Review what action was performed and who performed it.
Expanding an entry shows the full before-and-after, including whether the change synced to Ministra. Use the search bar to find a specific MAC address.
Use the filters to narrow down to a category, action, source, user type or date range.
This makes it straightforward to prove when a change was made and by whom.
