Update MAC Address
Replace a customer's MAC address when they change device. The new MAC is pushed to Ministra immediately and the change is recorded in the audit log.

Steps
Go to the Customers list and click the three-dot menu for the customer.
Select Update MAC.
Update MAC sits near the top of the actions menu, above Swap User. Enter the new MAC address as six colon-separated pairs of hex, for example
00:1A:79:AB:CD:EF.Add a reason or note — this is required, and it is appended to the customer's notes.
Confirm the update.
Billistra validates the format as you type and tells you the change goes to Ministra straight away.
The old MAC address is removed and replaced with the new one.
