Change Billing Cycle

Move a customer from monthly to quarterly, yearly or any other cycle you have been assigned — without disturbing the subscription they are already paying for.

Change Cycle switches which billing period a customer will be charged on from their next renewal. Their current subscription keeps running untouched until it expires.

Steps

  1. Go to Customers and find the customer.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column and click Change Cycle.

    Change Cycle sits between Extend and Edit Packages in the actions menu.

  3. Select the new billing cycle from the options assigned to you.

  4. Review the price difference between the current and the new cycle.

  5. Click Save.

    The dialog shows the current package and price at the top so you can compare before switching.

The new billing cycle takes effect when the customer's current subscription expires.
