STB Event Templates
Load Billistra's ready-made message templates in one click, or write your own so common notices are always a dropdown away.
templates load defaults new template message body HTML messageTemplates save you retyping the same notices. Billistra ships a set of defaults you can load in one click, and you can add your own on top.
Load the default templates
Go to STB Events and open the Templates tab.
Click Load Defaults.
A fresh account starts with no templates — Load Defaults fills the list in one click. Billistra loads the available default templates.
Ten templates covering the notices most operators send. The Rules column shows how many automation rules already use each one.
These templates then appear in the dropdown whenever you create an STB event.
Create your own template
Open STB Events → Templates.
Click New Template.
New Template sits at the top right of the Templates tab. Enter the Name.
Add a Description so your team knows when to use it.
Select the event Action.
Select the Message Type — plain text or HTML.
Enter the Message Body.
Click Create.
Tick *Reboot STB after successful delivery* for templates such as a channel-list update, where the box needs to restart to pick up the change.
Your template is now in the list and can be selected whenever you send an STB event.
