Event Log
See which STB events actually reached which boxes — delivery status, receipt status and timestamps, per user and per portal.
event log delivery receipt STB delivery status pendingThe Event Log is the delivery record for STB events. Where the Activity Log tells you what changed on an account, the Event Log tells you whether a message actually landed on a television.
Steps
Go to Activity Log in the left menu and open the Event Log tab.
Review the STB events sent to your users.
Delivery and receipt are separate: *delivered* means Billistra handed it to the portal, *received* means the box picked it up. Use the filters and the search box to find a specific event, portal or MAC address.
Reading the statuses
| Column | What it means |
|---|---|
| Delivery | Whether the event has been passed to the portal. Pending means it is still queued. |
| Receipt | Whether the set-top box has actually picked the event up. |
| Delivered At | When the portal accepted it. |
| Received At | When the box collected it. |
