Renew a Customer Subscription
Extend an existing customer straight from the customer list, changing their plan, cycle or duration at the same time if you need to.
extend renew expiry date billing cycleRenewals happen from the Customers list using the Extend action. You can renew on the same terms, or take the opportunity to move the customer onto a different plan or cycle.
Steps
Go to Customers and find the customer you want to renew.
Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column and select Extend.
Extend is available whether the subscription is still active or has already expired. The popup opens with the current subscription details already filled in.
Change the Tariff Plan, Billing Cycle or renewal Duration if required.
Apply a promo code if you have one.
Review the renewal cost and the new expiry date Billistra calculates for you.
Click Extend.
Under Duration you can see the new expiry before you commit — here one monthly cycle moves the customer from 27 September to 27 October.
The subscription is renewed according to the plan and billing period you selected, and the cost is debited from your wallet.
