My Wallet

Check your balance and transaction history, top up by card or recharge code, download receipts, and transfer balance down to a sub-reseller.

Every purchase you make in Billistra — new customers, renewals, upgrades — is paid from your wallet. My Wallet is where you keep it funded and see where the money went.

What the wallet shows

Open My Wallet from the left menu.

The Network Wallet tab beside it shows the combined balance of your sub-resellers.

The tiles across the top cover:

My Balance — what you have available for operations
Total Credit and Total Debit — money in and money out
Sub-Reseller Network — the combined balance sitting with your sub-resellers
Spent today, Spent this week, Renewals and Avg / Renewal
Last Top-Up

Below the tiles, the transaction table lists every order with its action, login, MAC, tariff, cycle, expiry change and amount. Click any row to open the full transaction.

Add balance

Go to My Wallet and click Request Top-up in the top right.

Request Top-up, Transfer and Refresh all sit in the wallet header.
If you have a recharge card, enter the code under Redeem Recharge Card and click Redeem.
Otherwise enter the Amount you want to add.
Review the amount and the resulting balance, then click Pay.

The blue-green panel names your payment route — the gateway your upstream has configured for you.
A payment window opens.
Enter your payment information and complete the payment.

Payment is taken on the gateway's own hosted checkout — Billistra never sees your card details.

After a successful payment the amount is credited to your wallet.

Receipts

Open any transaction from the list to see its full record — type, cost price, total credited, balance before and after, plus an audit trail showing who performed it and the external payment ID. Use Download or Print to keep a copy.

Transfer balance to a sub-reseller

Go to My Wallet and click Transfer.

Transfer moves money from your wallet down to one of your sub-resellers.
Select the sub-reseller from the dropdown.
Enter the amount.
Add a note if required.
Review the transfer preview — your balance after, and theirs after.
Click Confirm Transfer.

The preview shows both sides of the transfer before you confirm it.

The amount moves to the sub-reseller's wallet immediately.
