Edit Customer Package Services

Turn individual services inside a customer's existing package on or off — adult content, regional channel groups, VOD, radio and backups.

Edit Packages works inside the plan the customer already has. Use it to switch individual services on or off without changing their tariff or charging them anything.

Steps

  1. Go to the Customers list.

  2. Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column and select Edit Packages.

    Edit Packages sits directly above Change Package — the two do different jobs.

  3. Review every service included in the customer's current package.

  4. Toggle services on or off according to what the customer wants.

  5. Click Save Changes.

    Services marked Optional — typically adult content — are the ones you would normally leave off unless the customer asks.

The change is applied to the customer's account and pushed to the portal.
