Swap Portal
Move a customer's subscription from one Ministra portal to another, paying only the price difference if the target portal costs more.

Steps
Go to the Customers list.
Click the three-dot menu for the customer and select Swap Portal.
Swap Portal moves one customer between portals. To move a subscription between two different users, use User Swap. Select the target portal under Swap to.
If the same package exists on the target portal, Billistra works out the price difference for you.
Review the details and the price.
Click Confirm Swap.
Billistra states the outcome in plain language before you commit — here the same package exists at the same price, so nothing is charged.
What it costs

| Same package, same price on the target portal | No charge. The customer moves immediately. |
| New package costs the same or less | No additional payment required. |
| New package costs more | You pay the applicable price difference from your wallet. |
