Import Users Using Excel or CSV
Import users in bulk for a specific reseller and portal from a spreadsheet — download the template, fill in MAC addresses and cycles, upload and review.
excel import CSV import template bulk import xlsxAn Owner can import users in bulk from an Excel or CSV file, for one reseller and one portal at a time. It is the fastest way to onboard a reseller who already has their customer list in a spreadsheet.
Steps
Go to the Import menu.
Select the Reseller.
Select the Portal.
Click Download Template and review the required file format.
Give the downloaded template to the reseller to fill in — the columns are MAC / Username and Billing Cycle. Fill in the user information according to the template.
Upload the completed Excel or CSV file.
Billistra searches the connected Ministra portal for the users listed in the file.
If the users are found, their Ministra details are shown for review.
Change the Billing Cycle if required.
Review the imported user information.
Click Import Users.
All valid users found on the Ministra portal are imported into Billistra and can then be managed from the Customers menu.
