Import Existing Ministra Users

Bring the users already living on your connected Ministra portals into Billistra billing — one at a time, or hundreds at once.

Connecting a Ministra portal does not automatically import its existing users. To manage them through Billistra, you have to import them first.

Find them under Portal Users

Portal Users shows every user Billistra can see on your connected portals, whether or not they are billed yet.

Use the filters to find users by:

Portal
Package
User Status
Ministra Reseller

The Billing column tells you whether a user is already managed by Billistra.

Import a single user

Find the user you want to import.
Click the three-dot menu.
Select Import to Billing.

Import to Billing appears only on users that are still unmanaged.
Select the Reseller the user should belong to.
Select the Billing Cycle.
Confirm the import.

If the Ministra user has no expiry date, set one here or mark them **Lifetime** — billing cannot enforce anything without it.

The user is imported and becomes available in the Customers section.

Bulk import

You can import many users at once.

Select a single portal.
Select the users you want to import.
Click Import to Billing.
Select the reseller.
Select the billing cycle.
Confirm the import.

All selected users are imported into Billistra.
