Your Purchase History
Review every plan you have bought, when you bought it and what it cost — and find the record of a refund if one was issued.

Where to find it
Sign in to the storefront and click My Purchases in the left menu, or the My Purchases button under your current subscription.
What it shows
For each purchase you can see the plan you bought, the date, the billing cycle it covered and the amount paid.
Refunds
If your provider refunds a payment, a notice appears at the top of your dashboard telling you the amount and giving you a View details link. The refunded purchase stays in your history with its refunded status, so the record is never lost.
Questions about a charge
Your provider issues and can explain every charge on this list. Contact them with the date and amount from the purchase record and they will be able to trace it exactly.
