Renew Your Subscription
Extend your IPTV service yourself from your provider's storefront — pick a billing cycle, pay, and keep watching without a gap.

Steps
- Sign in to your storefront .
- Click Renew Subscription on the dashboard, or Renew in the left menu.
- Choose a billing cycle — for example one month or one year. Longer cycles usually cost less per month.
- Select a payment method.
- Complete the payment.
Your subscription is extended as soon as the payment succeeds, and the new expiry date appears on your dashboard.
How the new expiry is worked out
The time you buy is added to your existing expiry date, not started from today. Renewing three days early does not cost you those three days.
If you cannot see a Renew button
Self-renewal is optional — each provider decides whether to switch it on. If there is no Renew button on your dashboard, your provider handles renewals themselves. Contact them and they will extend your subscription for you.
If the payment fails
- Check the card details and that the card allows online payments.
- Try a different payment method if your provider offers more than one.
- If it still fails, contact your provider. They can renew the subscription on their side.
